The smaller the space, the finer the detail. Together with an architectural psychologist and a lot of experience we created something new: well thought out small apartments with tasteful furniture, pleasant lighting and a fine kitchen, all in harmonious colours down to the curtain. All you need to move in are your personal belongings. All furniture was designed for our room concept and made sustainably in high quality.
Apartments and parking
What suits you?
Our two buildings form an L with access balconies. You enter your apartment from the north or east, the living rooms face south or west. On the ground floor the apartments measure 24.66 m² with a 7 m² terrace. On the first floor they have 21 m² with a French balcony. On the top floor they measure 28.28 m² with a large roof terrace. There are also two furnished apartments of 48 m².
We also rent out underground parking spaces on their own, without an apartment.

On the upper floor we manage with 21 m² and add a special touch with a French balcony. The floor-to-ceiling window door brings plenty of light and fresh air into the room, and the furnishing is as well thought out as in all our apartments.
Apartment type C

Step in and discover a small spatial wonder. Under the mono-pitch roof the ceiling rises to 3.30 metres. A lift takes you step-free from the underground car park to your apartment with sun terrace. The bathroom is one step finer still than on the ground floor.
Apartment type D

There are only two of these. For micro living it is pure luxury of space, with a lovely roof terrace of more than 18 m². A desk and a separate couch are included. The bed stays a bed, with a sleeping area of 2 × 2 metres.

Also available without an apartment: your own space in our underground car park at Bahnhofstraße 19 and 21. No stacked parking, generously laid out and easy to drive into.

What makes the apartments special?
Fresh air without draughts
Every apartment has its own whisper-quiet ventilation that gently brings in fresh air all the time. Heat from the outgoing air is passed back to the filtered incoming air, saving energy and cost. Even after a long shower the mirror stays clear, because the humid air is extracted in the bathroom.
Fresh hot water, instantly
Every apartment has its own fresh water station. A heat exchanger, supplied by a central air source heat pump, heats the cold water only at the moment you use it. No boiler, no legionella, always fresh water.
The BedCouch
Good sleep matters in a small apartment, and the usual sofa beds could not deliver it. So we turned it round: a proper bed that becomes a couch, not the other way round. Beautiful, simple and well thought out.
The bathroom
A bathroom you look forward to: the pearl white porcelain basin sits on a solid oak top, and the layout is carefully planned.
Made to measure
In a small apartment every centimetre counts. All furniture was designed and made especially for us, timeless and in excellent quality. Single parts can be remade and replaced at any time, which makes them last.
Location
Bahnhofstraße 19 and 21 in Kaufering
Kaufering is the hub of the Landsberg am Lech district, where the main rail and road links meet. Munich central station and Augsburg are 35 minutes away by train, Landsberg 6 minutes. By car you reach the A 96 motorway towards Munich and Memmingen and the B 17 towards Augsburg in 3 to 4 minutes.
Add to that the countryside of the district, part of the Munich metropolitan region, and the nearby Five Lakes area.
